Default what forwardfacing/boosters for 96 Corolla?

I'm looking to purchase 2 combination seats (forward-facing and booster) for our 3 year old twins (well under 40 pounds but almost too tall for the neighbor's Britax Roundabouts that we've borrowed), to fit into our 96 Toyota Corolla (we recently had rear top tethers installed; no LATCH but we do have shoulder lap belts for the two outboard seats). these seats will be backups for occasional use (so less expensive would be desirable), as we do our daily commute in a minivan with Britax Marathon seats. I'd like to keep the kids in a 5 point harness as long as possible and definitely have side impact protection, since they will be outboard.

I am not sure what to make of the different seats out there. the Sunshine radian might be a good choice for us but it sounds like it may not be compatible with our back seat seatbelts. your guidance will be very much appreciated!
