It needs to be replaced. It's going to make the claim higher...so you may want to replace it on your own rather than make the insurance do it...unless another car was the cause...and it didn't sound like that was the case.

Keep the cover, comfort pads and belly pads---wash them up and sell them on ebay. Then I'd probably look at a Regent for her. The Madison cover is very pretty--if you have a girly girl.
