Congrats on your little guy's new seat! Glad you are keeping him rear facing - I'd imagine he has more leg room in the Blvd than he did in the Chicco? My DD is 17 months & rfing and seems to have plenty of leg room. It's inevitable that there will be some seat pushing/kicking (DD pushes on the seat when she "dances" in her seat! LOL). As long as you have a good tight install, it shouldn't matter. And always intermittently check the tightness of the install. Kids like to sit "Indian-style" or cross-legged by nature - many sit cross-legged in forward facing (after they've outgrown RFing mode) seats to prevent their dangling legs from falling asleep. Again, congrats and always feel free to ask any other questions. Keeping kids safe in vehicles is so important!
