You can either contact a carseat tech in your area and see if they need them for educational purposes (which if you lived in MN, I would HAPPILY take them off your hands...I need infant carriers!). OR you can cut the straps and in permanent market, write on the seat, damaged seat or something, then either bash with a sledge hammer or hand them to your garbage people and ask them to compress it while you watch...this way you KNOW they are destroyed
