Your daughter may fit differently in the Nautilus than in the Regent when they are installed. The top slots are 18.5 inches in the Nautilus.

I think the Nautilus will work best for you. If she doesn't fit...a Cares harness on the plane, and do you have someone in Norway who can have a seat for you when you arrive? You're daughter may be able to ride RF there.
