The Boulevard will harness to 65lbs FF and seats after 2/18 are supposed to be RF to 35lbs. The Recaro seats are supposed to RF to 35lbs and FF to 70lbs. You can rear tether the Britax seats, but you cannot rear tether the Recaro seats. It's hard to say, go get THIS seat. There may be features on one that you may not like, but LOVE on the other.
