The only seats that would RF past 35lbs are seats from outside the US. Those are actually illegal to use in the US

I was in the same situation with my ds. At he 2 year checkup, he was 36" tall and 34lbs. I had to turn him FF. I wasn't happy, but at least we made it to 2 years old!
