It doesn't look like it has top tether anchors or a retrofit kit. So the answer would be no..you can't top tether a forward facing seat.

Yes--it's ok to install without a top tether. In the US carseats have to pass the crash test with a lap belt only to be certified.

I believe, I've read that someone has gotten the bigger britax seats in a porshe little something or another.

Since there is no tether anchor available and there is no approved retrofit--you're only option is to not be able to top tether in that car.
