I just registered to ask the same question! I have a Honda Element and have been using my Compass infant seat in it just fine. But my son is about to outgrow it and we got an Britax Boulevard. I tried it in the car and have no idea how I'm going to get him in and out! We have a dog crate shoved in next to the seat with the carseat (the other back seat is removed from the car).

I'm seriously considering getting a minivan at this point, as much as I dislike the gas mileage and the idea... With 2 medium dogs and the baby, the Element has become too small!
