The
Radian might fit in the center using seatbelt so that you can still fit tall adults in the front seats -- I don't know for sure ... but it would be worth it to try it out & visit a local tech for final hands on answer

2) If we decide to lose the front passenger seat, would you recommend Sunshine Kids Radian80 as both a RF and FF seat for both our vehicles?
|
Both Radian65 + Radian80 make great seats
RF because of the tetherability (Radian65 is cheaper because it doesn't have the pillows) & both are also great for
FF (Radian80 also costs more because of the higher weight limit, but a child who is not obese will outgrow both seats by height 1st since the height limit is the same on each). All that said, what matters most is being able to install it correctly/securely.

3) While safety is the primary factor in selecting a seat, can you recommend any seats that offer "cool" fabrics or covers to help reduce in-seat sweat and overheating? I can only see that this is going to become a bigger problem as our daughter becomes older.

Gosh, I really don't know about this: I only know that the Fisher Price Safe Voyage (+ Deluxe version) are sweaty & that my
Britax Bouevard had some sort of ventilation design. I'd start by calling carseat manufacturers' toll free numbers to ask them
