The
Safeguard Child Seat is the most comparable option to the
Regent 
Slightly lower limits, but by then any child really should be able to use a
booster properly (unless there are special development/health needs) -- it's more expensive, but they may just have the most extensive crash testing + I believe their designer worked with NASA before this! You would need to save towards a dedicated
booster to use afterwards.... This seat also installs so nicely with automatic retracting
