Which booster? My Ford Escape had less hip room, but I could fit 2 Britax convertibles with the Parkway booster -- tight 3 across situation, but the lack of armrests on the Parkway allowed for easy buckling....

The newer headrests which cannot be removed is helping to reduce risk of spinal injury to adults who don't understand the importance of head support, but it is causing some carseat incompatibility issues I've only heard specifics on the new Jeep, but I'll ask about the Fords as well.

What is each child's age, weight, height
(just in case there may be need for different seats)
