As far as infant rear facing only seat go, the Chicco keyfit is one of the narrowest with the highest weight limit. It is 17" and is designed for infants 4-30lbs. The Graco Snugride is 17.5" wide and the Graco Safeseat is 18.3" wide. The Graco Cargo is 16.5" wide and is forward facing only, but it does not have the higher weight limit with the harness that the Radian offers.
