With our current RF infant seat (Graco Snugride), we've dealt with the decreased front seat leg room and the inability to recline the seats past a certain point. But it's also difficult (so, annoying) to lift our infant seat up and out of the base.

So in terms of fit with a convertible seat, I'm more worried about the height - will the Marathon fit in our car?
Also, will the Marathon in RF position be a problem with our car (in terms of fit and ease of getting our baby out of it)?

We're at the point where we would actually consider getting a new car (to fit a convertible seat and possible future infant seats, maybe at the same time). Any recommendations? I'd love to see a hybrid wagon, but that doesn't exist yet. So anything that's safe, carseat(s) friendly, and fuel efficient would be great.

Any advice would be very much appreciated.
