| I just bought the Compass 510B booster seat for my 4 year old son. He loves it! My concern is that I just can't seem to get past the fact that the only thing holding my son and the booster seat in is the seat belt. I'm so used to the latch system- where the car seat barely moves. This booster seat obviously moves a bit more. Has this been an issue for anyone? |

| Well, 4 years is the bare minimum safe practice recommendation for "graduation" to a booster.... Please visit the page titled *Preschool -- Preteen* in my site (link in signature) for more details on whether or not your child is truly ready for a booster ![]() I personally have chosen to keep my child harnessed in an appropriately sized seat until while using boosters only for emergencies/travel. My daughter is now 6 years old.

| Have you seen the Sunshine Kids Monterey? They're new, but they have LATCH anchors to hold them in the vehicle. The Monterey is for kids up to 63" and 120lbs. |
