Default does a 10 years old need to be in a booster seat?

hi,
we have a 10 & 7 years old and expecting our third.
I'm would like to fit them all in a 2009 Subaru Forester.
so my question is: my 10 years old weight about 55lb and she 51" high does she need to be in a booster? it looks like the middle seat buckle fit good on her.
thanks

A few things. First, can she pass the 5 step test Boosters Are For Big Kids ? If she canNOT, then she still needs to be in a booster. Secondly, does the middle position offer a lap/shoulder belt or a lap belt only? If it is a lap belt only, I would NOT put her there as there is no upper body protection. Lastly, I would put her in a seating position that offers a headrest for head/neck support.
