| We are looking at the Britax Frontier for our son (who has almost outgrown his Britax Roundabout) and I am wondering if there is a specific weight limit to use the LATCH system in our 2007 Jeep Grand Cherokee. I looked in the SUV manual and read the entire section on car seats and it did not mention a weight limit. As long as we're using the harness system, I'd prefer to use LATCH to hold the seat - IF IT'S SAFE! Hopefully this is the right place for this question. Thanks for your help! Robin |

| The maximum weight limit for using LATCH is up to 48 pounds. The seat belt is the safest past 48 pounds. Here's the updated reference link to the LATCH manual on Jeep. Hope the link helps! |
