Default Britax Roundabout vs Graco Comfortsport

My daughter currently has a comfortsport. I can get a brand new Roundabout for really cheap (like $50). I'm wondering if I should go ahead and replace her seat. I'll probably get one for our new baby (due in Oct), but is the Roundabout that much better than the comfortsport? When she saw the display one she ran up and sat right down in it...

She's about 20 pounds and 30 inches.

If you can use the ComfortSport correctly 100% of the time, then it's really just as safe as the Roundabout -- they have about the same FF limits, but the Roundabout has slightly higher RF limits : please visit my website for detailed info on why we should keep our kids RF beyond 12 months + 20 pounds minimum....

$50 is great for a brand new Roundabout, though. Is it still in its original packaging? If it's been used even once by someone in whom you cannot put all of your faith & trust for keeping your child safe, then it's just not worth it, though....

Most convertibles do not fit newborns correctly -- the Scenera/Uptown & Radian are rare exceptions.

Oh I'm planning on keeping the new babe in a Graco Snugride that we had for our daughter. (She'll be a year next week.) It is still in the box...Just the store is discontinuing the sales of Britax. I think I'll pick up the Roundabout just for comfort sake....she looked like she preferred the display model a lot better.
