| My DS (6 months) has outgrown his infant seat and we are considering moving him into the Marathon. My concern is if it will fit RF in the center of our 2000 Toyota Camry? Currently we also have my 5 year old DD in a booster seat on the driver side. I know when we had DD RF and we had 2-door cars, we had to put her on the passenger side so that my husband could move his seat back far enough. Also, what is the life on the Britax seats? The girl at BRU thought it was 5 years? Do I really need to get a seat that harnesses up to 65 lbs if it's only going to last DS for 5 years? Thanks!! |

| I have had my Britax MA rearfacing in my Accord, I wouldn't think it is any bigger then a Camry and we didn't have to move our seats up. Also with the Britax seats they are allowed to touch (brace) the back of the front seat. With the rearfacing tether and when he is a little older you don't have to have the seat reclined at a 45' angle. Britax seats have a life span of 6 years from the date of manufacture (DOM)
