Default Advice on Britax Boulevard vs. Radian 80

Hello!
I'm new to this site and I thought I wouldn't need it, since my mind was made up to buy the Britax Boulevard. Then I received a catalog with the Radian 80 in it, and I thought it was great. My husband and I travel by plane relatively often, so I thought that the folding feature was great. We drive a Mitsubishi Outlander and a BMW 328 Wagon. The Radian 80 seems slimmer, so it looks like it might fit better in our cars. However, the Britax Boulevard looks like it has better side-impact protection. Unfortunately, I couldn't find a store in my area that carries the Radian 80, so I haven't actually seen or tried it.
As you can see, I'm a bit confused and would love some advice!
Thanks!
Julie

Hi Julie I don't know how the either seat fits these specific vehicles, but the Radian in general is more difficult to achieve proper install -- it's narrower, but still quite a heavy seat.... The Britax bases are also narrow & fit most vehicles well + you can attach a GogoKidz for travel (just remember to detatch this item when installin in the vehicle).

Are you still pregnant? The Radian does fit newborns better than Britax.

There's also the Recaro Como or Signo

The best carseat fits the child, fits the vehicle & is always used correctly....
Get your seat checked.
