| Hi I have a 2 month old son (weigh ~ 13lb) and I'm looking for a car seat that will fit my Mazda RX8. Our current car seat is huge and won't fit due to the length of the seat The Issues: The RX8 (being a coupe) has very limit rear space, it also has a sculpted rear seat with a centre console that limits the width of the seat. My Ideal seat would be rear facing removable that clips into a fixed base that would allow someone to sit in the passenger seat (without hugging the dash). I'd also require that the seat is approved for use on Aircraft. Ideally it would also fit a stroller. Are convertible seats removable or fixed? What seats have others used is cars with small back seats? Thanks |
