| Hi, I was looking on here and couldn't find any info on older cars like mine... (I have a '92 Toyota Corolla) My baby is nearly 9 months old, 27 inches long and 20 pounds, and he rides in a Snug Ride, but I was planning on buying a Evenflo Triumph Advance very soon, as he is nearing the limit on the infant car seat. We have the Snug Ride in the center of the back seat (no other option, as this is such a small car!)... my husband thinks a convertible seat will fit better because they are taller and not as wide as the infant seats... Will the Triumph fit okay? Thanks! ~K~ |

| The older Evenflo Triumph should fit without any problems, but kiddo will outgrow it much sooner than the new Triumph Advance -- not sure how that will fit your vehicle.... Just make sure to contact your local CPST to have your seat checked & keep posting here with all questions/concerns ![]()

| Could you recommend a back up seat? (Something under $100?) My Mom comes to visit monthly, for a few days and I'd like to find a seat to use in her car and not take mine out each time she visits... Thanks! Last edited by Ellie1912; 12-05-2007 at 01:01 AM. Reason: Found the info |

| I have the triumph Advance in my '94 volvo 940 and it fits great. I am not sure if your car is smaller or not. I have a cosco scenera (the one with a 5 pt harness) in my mom's car that my son rides to daycare in everyday. It was only $45 at Kmart. It rearfaces to 35lbs and forward faces to 40 lbs. My son is 15 1/2 months and is 20 lbs 6 oz and still rf in both. The cosco seat would be a great spare seat. |
