Question Need 2Convertible carseat for twins/older son for BMW x5??

I have a BMW x% need new convertible carseat that will fit on each end with my olde son in minddle with no seat. Too small for front seat, fir dept says 12 yrs old or 80 lbs better front seat is safe, he weighs 55lbs and is 8years old. Please help.

Have you looked into the Sunshine Kids Radian 65/80 seats? They are the narrowest seats on the market. How old are your twins and what is their weight?

Also, if you only have a lap belt in the middle, it would be safer for your older child to be in a lap/shoulder belt and you put one of the twins in the middle. You can use a lap belt when installing a carseat, but you shouldn't have a child in JUST the lap belt.

Your child should be 13 years old before he is in the front seat due to the airbag.
