| the diplomat has the triue side impact protection and the 35lbs rfing limit. saying that, both shells seem to be on the short side, so kids outgrow them rfing pretty quickly (as we all know rfing is the safest way for kids to ride.). right now, with the big britax sale going on, you can get a marathon (which harnesses up to 65lbs...another safer option for kids...staying harnessed longer), for $209 at most stores vs getting the ra for $189.
