Default Looking for fitting info on Sunshine Radian 65

We're expecting our 2nd child soon! Our 2yo rides in a Britax Roundabout in the rear passenger side of Subaru Forester. I could not get a good fit w/ a 2nd Britax center, rear-facing & the angle did not go to 45 degrees recline.

We're looking at Sunshine Radian 65 for center as it claims to be narrowest on market & highly ranked for safety. I have read a few reviews stating that this seat does not fit well into some cars, but have not yet found a listing of which it does or does not fit. Can anyone offer info on this?

Does the Radian recline enough for a newborn??

Thanks!

The problem with the Radian is that the forward facing belt path is VERY low, so a lot of seatbelt buckles enter into the belt path, which you can't have happen. You can get most convertible seats to recline to that 45 degree angle, but you may have to add an old rolled towel or pool noodles to the bight of the seat. I would do a search for Radian stores in your area and try one out.
