| I am expecting #3 in February. I currently have a 7 year old who will be almost 8 in Feb, and a 4 year old who will turn 5 in April after the baby is born. I do not want to buy a new car and would love to fit 3 across. (Comfortably would be even better, although I know I'm dreaming.) What are the best combinations? My 7 year old weighs about 50lbs and is 49-50 inches right now and my 4 year old weighs about 40lbs and is 43 inches or so. Any suggestions for fitting the 3 safely across? There is a slight chance that we'll opt for a new vehicle once the 7 year old turns 8, but for the time being I'd like to assume that we will continue to use the Focus. Any ideas?
