Hi there - this forum is so helpful! We've got #3 on the way and we're looking at Kia Sportage(s) right now - any idea if we can get three across in there? It says rear hiproom is 54.3 inches, which seems like it might be big enough - but I wanted to know if anyone has any experience with one. Thanks! Kerry

Thanks - Right now I have two Fisher Price Safe Voyage Deluxe seats, and will have a Graco Snugride for the baby when she arrives. My son, who is almost 6 years old and 41#, can go in a high back booster (Graco Turbo) which we have in our second car, so I could switch to that if necessary (but truly, I feel better when he's in a 5pt). Thanks!

I currently have a 2005 kia sportage with 2 rfing convertible carseats and only have about 7" between the two seats. A small child without a carseat probably couldnt even sit between them. I do have a true fit and a marathon which are wider seats and I don't know how the fisher price seats compare width wise so maybe it would work. I know for us we plan on getting a bigger car when we decide it's time for our #3 b/c there just doesn't seem like three seats will fit back there
