Default Narrowest Infant Seats for 3 in a Row

Friends of ours are having quads and already have a toddler. They are trying to get 3 infant seats in the middle bench seat of a 10 year old van. What's the best option for them? I know the Fisher Price Stay In View is the narrowest ever made but those are hard to come by and might be expired (last model year might be 2001?). So...what's the narrowest currently made...the Baby Trend? Anyone ever get 3 infant seats in a row?

I'm not up on my infant-only seats.... But, this question sounds familiar: was this already sufficiently addressed in another child safety seat forum

The Chicco Keyfit is supposed to be very narrow.
