Default Booster seat bill a no-brainer…right? RIGHT?!?!
Well I’ll be dipped. A week ago I would have said the booster seat law was dead in the water, since (with a few exceptions) our bickering state congress clearly could not pass a bill if they ate the pages for fiber. But now it looks like the Senate has passed a weaker version of the House’s booster seat bill. If House members can restrain themselves from amending it, it might have a shot at getting signed into law. The sponsor of the more stringent House bill, Tom Burch, D-Louisville, has be
