| I was just in a car wreck about a month ago. After going through that, I really want to get something safe for my two boys and something that will give my wife a warm fuzzy that the children are a bit safer. The boys are: 2 1/2 yrs old, 27.5lbs, 36in tall, 13in shoulder height. The baby is 6 mths old, 17.5lbs (still in a graco infant seat). I've been looking at a Britax Boulevard for the 6 mth old and a Britax Frontier for the 2.5 year old. Any reason why I should not choose the Frontier? I like the fact that it is a 9 year seat, changes to Booster and my 2.5 yr old son falls into the recommended range. Any opinions that anyone can provide pro or con on this seat? Also, I have a 2003 Honda Element (which should be an easy install for both seats). The 2000 Honda Civic on the other hand is my big worry on car seat install (incidentally, this was the wrecked car and I was by myself). I see that someone has successfully installed a Boulevard in a Civic fairly easy. Anyone have any info on a Frontier install in a Civic? |
