Toddler booster seat for 2000 Maxima

I have a 4 1/2 year old son who is 30 pounds and 38" tall. I'm looking for a toodler booster car seat that can he can still use the 5 point harness, then a seatbelt booster, and then convert to a backless booster. I saw Graco Nautilus and Eddie Bauer High Back Booster and they do everything that I want, but are they good? Any recommendation?

I would cross the Eddie Bauer Highback booster off your list. It does not harness past 40 pounds. I've yet to find a real fan of that seat
