Best CAR SEAT

Could someone recomend the best car seat for a 2 1/2 year old. He is Autistic.
He weighs 40 pounds and looks more like he is about 4 years old. He also has a 6 year old sister that weighs about the same. She is in a booster seat. I am the grandmother. I have a 2006 Prius.
Having trouble with the carseat I have right now. His head falls forward Alpha Omega Elite. I need to buy a new carseat. It doesn't fit into my car correctly. I have had it for two years and he hates it. He likes his sistes car seat that his mom has. So I bought him one for his moms car. Not sure if that is the right one for my car.

With him being autistic, I would suggest 2 things. 1, I would speak with his doctor about the traveller plus special needs seat. It will harness him to 120lbs. The top slots are about 20" which will be able to harness him for quite a while. Insurance companies will usually help out with the bill on it. Now, does he require head support? I would definitely have him mom speak with his doctor regarding special needs seats.
