| I am still trying to decide which car seats to buy for my grandsons, 2 and 3 year olds. I want five-point harness and higher weight limits. We were planning to put the car seats in an MDX that does not have rear curtain airbags and were thinking of the Radian 80. Since there would be two seats, each seat would be by a window. Would the Radian 80 offer good protection without the curtain airbag? Our other option is to install the car seats in our Infinity M35 which does have rear curtain airbags; however, in the Infinity the seats would have to be removed and replaced at times. If we were to put the seats in the Infinity, I might go with the Safeguard Car Seat (not the "Go") because of its reputation for ease of installation. So, it's the Radian 80 and no curtain airbag or Safeguard car seat with airbags. I would appreciate any advice/comment on this. Also, I was confused in looking at the Safeguard car seat video. Is the part around the dummy's head that looks inflated from the top view a curtain airbag or part of the car seat? And what is the conclusion re that view and the next one regarding the car seat's performance? Thanks. at times Last edited by Bobbi Sue; 01-22-2008 at 10:52 AM.
