Car Seat For 5-Year-Old

i'm looking for a booster car seat for my five-and-a-half year old. it needs to meet the following criteria:
1. inner harness up to 65lbs or more.
2. solid, flat, and smooth bottom (no lifted base).
3. adjustable crotch and shoulder straps.
4. light-weight, easy to move between cars.
5. not too expensive, $100-150.

also, the carseat needs to meet canadian standards (and be available in canada).

any suggestions would be greatly appreciated.

	Booster Seat A booster seat raises your child up so that the car's lap and shoulder belts fit correctly. The lap belt should fall across the upper thighs. The shoulder belt should go across the middle of the shoulder and chest. A booster seat is used for older children up to about 80 pounds.
